The Manufacturing Technician I will work closely with the manufacturing engineering team and will be primarily responsible for manufacturing instruments on an assembly line
The Manufacturing Technician I is responsible for: following documented procedures, such as Manufacturing Work Instructions; performing inspections and functional tests to verify quality conformance; and following all safety protocols to perform all tasks in a safe environment. This hands-on position will require good hand-eye coordination, strong attention to detail, and the ability to understand complex manufacturing instructions and engineering drawings
Requirements:• Relevant associate degree or high school degree• 0-2 Years of Experience as a Manufacturing Technician• Good hand-eye coordination• Must be able to lift 25 lbs. Work may involve repetitive arm/wrist motions.• Ability to work directly with, handle or come into contact with chemicals or reagents.• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with peers, supervisors, manufacturing engineers• Able to understand instructions and batch records written and spoken in English.• Effective verbal and written communication skills• Ability to pay close attention to detail.• Ability to read engineering drawings
At Bruker, base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $18.26/ hr and $25/ hr and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.The base salary for the role will depend on a several job-related factors, including, but not limited to education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge and travel requirements for this position.
