Job Description

We are Bertrandt an independent, international development service provider with long years of automotive expertise. We create technological solutions for our customers at any stage of the product development process with a focus on hot topics such as digitalization, e-mobility and autonomous systems, largely for the automotive, aerospace and mechanical engineering sectors.

Our goal: accelerating technological progress. We work on this every day – with around 13,000 employees at over 50 sites worldwide.

What to expect:

• Location: business trips in Europe for 6 months (100% on-site work; remote work not possible; tasks performed in the customer area or in the garage)

Responsibilities:

• Test drive vehicles according to project routes and schedules

• Operate on-board logging devices and handle physical storage (SSDs)

• Strictly follow security and confidentiality protocols, including vehicle camouflaging when applicable

• Maintain the vehicles in good working order and ensure all maintenance is scheduled

• Write daily reports as well as documenting different information in JIRA

• Reporting defects with detailed error descriptions

• Debugging software errors

• Working with tools such as QFIL, TUT, WinSCP, JIRA, Linux, System Client, and DTS Monaco

What you bring along:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical domain

• Experience in vehicle UI/bench testing; prior knowledge of software updates is desirable

• Very good English skills

• Self-motivation, hands-on approach, motivation, interest in the product

• Driver’s license for more than 2 years
