• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Analyze financial data to support business decisions
• Monitor company performance and budget variances
• Assist in financial planning and strategic analysis
• Support management with insights and recommendations

• Maintain accurate financial models and reporting tools

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in general accounting, bookkeeping, or finance is an advantage
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in
BPO or Shared Service Industry supporting US accounts and process
• 3+ years of experience in billing, auditing, or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of billing systems, accounting principles, and audit methodologies.
• Proficient in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
• Knowledgeable with IFRS and US GAAP
• Willing to work on a fixed night shift
