Job Description

  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs
  • Process benefits enrollment, claims, and updates
  • Support payroll coordination and salary administration
  • Maintain accurate employee compensation records
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding pay and benefits
  • Assist in salary reviews, incentives, and benefits analysis
  • Prepare compensation and benefits reports for management

Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in
BPO or Shared Service Industry supporting US accounts and process
• 3+ years of experience in billing, auditing, or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of billing systems, accounting principles, and audit methodologies.
• Proficient in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
• Knowledgeable with IFRS and US GAAP
• Willing to work on a fixed night shift
