Job Description

• Provide first aid and basic medical care to employees
• Assist in health assessments and medical screenings
• Maintain employee medical records and health documentation
• Support workplace safety and wellness programs
• Monitor employee health concerns and refer cases when necessary
• Assist in managing work-related injuries and emergencies
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety policies

• Promote health education and preventive care initiatives

Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in
BPO or Shared Service Industry supporting US accounts and process
• 3+ years of experience in billing, auditing, or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of billing systems, accounting principles, and audit methodologies.
• Proficient in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
• Knowledgeable with IFRS and US GAAP
• Willing to work on a fixed night shift
