Job Description

As part of the Strategy & Business Development team, you will gain hands-on experience in strategic projects and contribute to key business decisions. This is a unique opportunity to work on topics with a direct impact on the future development of Bosch Global Business Services (GBS). You will develop analytical, as well as stakeholder management skills and build a strong professional network within Bosch.

  • During your internship, you will support high-impact benchmarking studies end-to-end, from data collection and submission to in-depth analysis, as well as the presentation of results to management and business stakeholders.
  • You will automate and enhance data analyses, as well as create management-ready dashboards and visualizations in MS Power BI.
  • Your task will include contributing to business development activities by conducting market and growth analyses, supporting forecasting processes, as well as generating insights within the service portfolio analytics domain.
  • Last but not least, you will collaborate on strategic and ad hoc projects while gaining insights into executive decision-making processes, including the preparation of management briefings, as well as decision papers for senior leadership. We offer you a challenging internship with meaningful responsibilities and visibility to senior stakeholders, as well as dedicated mentoring and continuous support from an experienced team member throughout your stay.

Qualifications

  • Education: studies in the field of Business Administration, Economics or comparable
  • Experience and Knowledge: confident handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; prior experience in the form of an internship, summer job or working student role; knowledge of MS Power Platforms (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) is beneficial
  • Personality and Working Practice: you are highly motivated, possess strong analytical and communication skills; you have an independent, structured working style
  • Work Routine: partially mobile working possible, with 3 office days per week and flexible working hours (35 hours/week with flextime)
  • Enthusiasm: interest in the Global Business Services industry and a passion for working with diverse, cross-cultural, as well as international teams
  • Languages: business fluent in English and basic German

Additional Information

Start: according to prior agreement

Duration: 6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required)
