  • During your internship, you will support the coordination and tracking of a global relocation project involving multiple manufacturing plants and business functions.
  • As part of your responsibilities, you will create, maintain, and continuously improve project roadmaps, timelines, and status overviews.
  • To provide transparency for stakeholders, you will develop structured reporting and monitoring tools.
  • Driving the automation and digitalization of project dashboards and reporting processes, you will leverage Excel and other collaboration tools.
  • Furthermore, you will facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams, manufacturing plants, logistics, quality, sales, and engineering functions.
  • Supporting the identification, documentation, and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and transparency, you will help increase efficiency and transparency.
  • You will prepare management presentations, project updates, and meeting materials.
  • Finally, you will follow up on action items, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment across the global project team.

Qualifications

  • Education: studies in the field of Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, Supply Chain Management or comparable
  • Experience and Knowledge: advanced Excel skills; knowledge of automation, data analysis, Power Query, VBA, Power BI, and similar tools as an advantage
  • Personality and Working Practice: you are a proactive team player who combines a structured and analytical approach with strong organizational skills, effectively manages multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, and collaborates confidently with international and cross-functional teams
  • Work Routine: your on-site presence is required
  • Enthusiasm: passion for process optimization and continuous improvement
  • Languages: good in English and German

Additional Information

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required)
