The Robert Bosch GmbH is looking forward to your application!

  • During your internship you will work on exciting topics related to customer strategy, customer experience, and technical acquisition management, supporting our team in advancing innovative ADAS software and AI-based automated driving and parking functions.
  • You will contribute to customer and business development projects in cross-functional and international teams, including the analysis of customer and market requirements and their translation into customer-centric solutions.
  • Furthermore, you will assist with the preparation and facilitation of strategy, acquisition, and UX workshops as well as selected customer experience activities.
  • You will advance the further development of our digital pre-sales’ activities, including LinkedIn, analyze relevant KPIs, identify and share best practices.
  • Moreover, you will support customer acquisition and development projects, for example through budget tracking, project setup, and the further development of processes and tools for acquisition, budgeting, and planning activities.
  • Finally, you will research and analyze market, customer, and technology trends in the fields of mobility, ADAS, and AI, support the positioning of innovative product solutions, and use modern AI tools for analysis and knowledge preparation.

Qualifications

  • Education: studies in the field of Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration/Economics, Engineering, Psychology, Human Factors, or comparable
  • Experience and Knowledge: proficient use of MS Office; interest in and initial experience using modern AI solutions; ideally practical experience in mobility, sales, product management, business development, or UX; experience with LinkedIn or digital pre-sales and business development activities is an advantage
  • Personality and Working Practice: you are communicative, committed, creative, and responsible, with an analytical, structured, and independent way of working, and you enjoy collaborating in international teams
  • Work Routine: your on-site presence is required
  • Languages: fluent in English and German

Additional Information

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required)
