We, the Central Finance and Controlling Department of Mobility Electronics consolidate data from our production and development network worldwide, process the information to steer our business and enable top management to make sustainable decisions.

  • During your internship, you will actively contribute to various projects focused on process optimization, digitalization, as well as data analysis and management, with a specific focus on product cost controlling.
  • Furthermore, you will gain deep insights into diverse cross-functional business processes within Bosch’s mobility sector and contribute to enhancing efficiency.
  • As the central point of contact for all key performance indicators (KPIs) and associated controlling processes, you work closely with users and stakeholders across our international manufacturing network for electronic control units.
  • You support various central departments and internal clients in the utilization and further development of our controlling tools and methodologies.
  • Lastly, we offer you challenging and varied tasks that provide ample scope for your personal development, supported by our open feedback culture.

Qualifications

  • Education: Studies in the field of Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or comparable
  • Experience and Knowledge: proficiency in MS Office applications and Power BI; solid knowledge of project management, agile methodologies, process management, MS Excel macros, and SAP Signavio
  • Personality and Working Practice: you successfully approach complex issues in a structured manner and proactively develop solutions; you enjoy working in a team and actively contribute to achieving shared goals; you demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and tackle tasks independently, always keeping the final result in mind
  • Work Routine: with us, you benefit from a hybrid model that enables you to work both in the office and remotely
  • Enthusiasm: you are passionate about controlling topics and possess a strong affinity for IT
  • Languages: business fluent in Englisch

Additional Information

Start: September 2026
Duration: 6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required)

Requirement for this internship is the enrollment at university. Please attach your CV, transcript of records, enrollment certificate, examination regulations and if indicated a valid work and residence permit.
