You’ll be part of the AM Pricing & Structuring Governance team of Asset Management in Wroclaw, Poland. We are responsible for developing and implementing the firm's pricing strategy and ensuring the competitiveness and commercial viability of our investment offerings globally.
You will work closely with colleagues across Asset Management and gain broad exposure to investment products, client mandates and commercial decision-making.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, Quantitative Finance or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in Asset Management or Financial Services
• good understanding of financial markets and investment products
• Asset management experience is required
• experience in mandate pricing, product pricing, RFPs, product management or a related function would be an advantage
• strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Quantitative finance background is beneficial
• experience working on projects and collaborating across multiple teams
• excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• business fluency in English; German is a strong advantage
• organized, diligent and detail-oriented working style
• you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
