Silverthorn Animal Clinic is seeking a Managing Veterinarian who enjoys stayingclinically active while providing steady, approachable leadership in a well-established small animal practice.
This role is designed for a DVM who wants to lead without stepping away from medicine. You’ll remain hands-on in both the exam room and surgery suite, help guide medical standards, support associate development, and partner with leadership to maintain a positive, low-drama team culture.
The practice supports strong technician utilization, realistic scheduling, and the autonomy to practice high-quality medicine—without pressure to rush cases. Surgical experience is essential, with a strong emphasis on reproduction medicine. Caseload and responsibilities are adjusted based on experience and comfort level, allowing you to lead confidently while continuing to grow clinically.
