At NorthStar, our collaborative Managing Partner structure empowers leaders to think and act like owners. You’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on families, on your team, and on the community while championing the entrepreneurial spirit that defines our organization.

The Opportunity:

As Managing Partner, you are fully accountable for the success of funeral home and cemetery operations. Dedication is valued here, potential is recognized, and ethical leadership is celebrated.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead overall funeral home and cemetery operations, ensuring excellence, compliance, and a first-class family experience

  • Strengthen community relationships and enhance the location’s reputation as a trusted service provider

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience of business or military leadership with a demonstrated understanding of both sales and operational management
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving ability, and analytical decision-making skills
  • Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, developing, and leading teams
  • Comfort operating as a hands-on leader who can balance strategy with execution
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Why NorthStar:

At NorthStar Memorial Group, we believe great leaders build great teams and meaningful experiences follow. This role offers the autonomy to lead, the support of a collaborative organization, and the opportunity to grow personally and professionally while serving families at life’s most important moments.
