Managing Partner / Head of Product (Product Development, MarTech Solution, Innovation)

Responsibilities

• Lead product development initiatives, including defining product roadmaps, driving product growth, and ensuring alignment with market needs and client expectations.
• Oversee the execution of product strategies, ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that meet client and market demands.
• Foster and nurture strong client relationships, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted consultant/advisor within the Group.
• Gain a deep understanding of client's business goals and challenges, providing strategic guidance and innovative solutions to drive their success in the digital landscape.
• Embrace a creative and innovative mindset, acting as a strategic storyteller to promote clients' brands through a combination of technology and branding.
• Collaborate closely with clients to identify opportunities for leveraging web3, VR, AR, and immersive technology to enhance their branding, marketing, and communication strategies.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand client accounts.
• Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors, effectively communicating client requirements, feedback, and expectations.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web3, VR, AR, and immersive technology, sharing insights and knowledge with clients and internal teams.
• Serve as a thought leader and advocate for the Group's digital capabilities, actively participating in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, offering support and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a client-facing role within the digital marketing, AdTech, MarTech, or advertising industry.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered). Advanced degrees or certifications related to digital marketing or emerging technologies are a plus.
• Proficiency in English. Proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is a plus.
• Strong expertise and understanding of product development, product roadmaps, and monetization strategies.
• Proven track record in effectively managing regional and global accounts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, extract insights, and provide data-driven recommendations to clients.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and strategists, to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
• Proactive mindset with a knack for anticipating client needs, identifying growth opportunities, and offering strategic recommendations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills.
