The Centers, one of Northeast Ohio's oldest and most comprehensive behavioral health providers, has launched the Glick Recovery Campus (GRC)! We are now seeking a passionate, experienced, and visionary Managing Nurse Practitioner to lead and elevate psychiatric and advanced practice care at the heart of this transformative campus.

Your Role: Lead. Inspire. Heal.

As the Managing Nurse Practitioner, you will hold one of the most dynamic and impactful clinical leadership positions on the GRC campus. You will work directly with the Medical Director and Chair of Psychiatry to oversee and elevate all Nurse Practitioner services — and will step into the role of acting Medical Director when needed. This is a role for someone who leads from the front, loves working with people, and is deeply committed to meeting individuals in their most vulnerable moments with competence, compassion, and courage.

What We Are Looking For

• Master's degree from an accredited school with appropriate training as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
• Current Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification required
• Current and unrestricted Ohio RN and APRN licensure required; compact licensure preferred
• Current DEA registration and prescriptive authority required
• Completed required training to prescribe medications for opioid use disorder

Experience

• Minimum 7 years of nursing or advanced practice clinical experience with increasing levels of responsibility
• Minimum 3 years of prescriber experience in crisis services; behavioral health, psychiatric care, or substance use treatment required
• 2 years of demonstrated leadership, supervisory, or clinical management experience in behavioral health required
• Experience supporting evidence-based psychiatric and addiction treatment services strongly preferred
