As the market continues to evolve, the company is seeking an experienced Managing Director to drive commercial growth, strengthen operational excellence, and execute its strategic vision
This is a highly visible office-based leadership role in Vilnius for a hands-on executive who enjoys being actively involved in day-to-day operations, building strong teams, developing sustainable business growth, and ensuring exceptional service quality. Working closely with the Board, you will take full responsibility for the company's performance, culture, and long-term success
Execute the company's strategic direction in alignment with objectives approved by the Board;
Develop and implement long-term and short-term business plans to achieve sustainable growth;
Take full ownership of financial performance, budgeting, operational efficiency, and business results;
Drive sales growth and identify new revenue opportunities across telecommunications and technology services;
Lead, develop, and motivate multidisciplinary teams while fostering a high-performance culture;
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services to customers and business partners;
Continuously improve internal processes, operational workflows, and organizational effectiveness;
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, partners, and industry stakeholders;
Monitor market developments, competitive trends, and emerging technologies to support business innovation;
Prepare and present business performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the Board.
University degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field;
Minimum 5 years of experience leading a company, business unit, or division with full operational responsibility;
Previous experience within telecommunications, ICT, technology services, IT infrastructure, or related industries;
Demonstrated track record of driving business growth, improving profitability, and leading organizational change;
Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on leadership approach;
Excellent people management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills;
Fluent Russian and English language skills are essential.
Strong understanding of service-based business operations, technology trends, and customer-centric management.
