The Stětí Coating site plays a strategic role within our Consumer Solutions Segment. As the business continues its transformation towards more consumer-oriented, innovation-driven solutions, the site is entering its next phase of development, strengthening its commercial focus, accelerating R&D integration and enhancing operational performance.

About the Role

As Managing Director Stětí Coating, you will take full P&L responsibility for the site and lead its continued transformation into a customer-centric, innovation-enabled and high-performing organisation.

This role goes beyond operational leadership. You will shape strategic direction, strengthen commercial integration, elevate the innovation agenda and ensure that the organisation is aligned, agile and future-ready.

You will work closely with Segment leadership, customers, R&D, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive sustainable growth while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and operational excellence.

Your mission:

Strategic & Commercial Leadership

• Own full site P&L accountability and deliver sustainable financial performance
• Strengthen customer orientation and commercial mindset across the organisation
• Actively engage with key customers to deepen partnerships and identify growth opportunities
• Support the shift from an industrial production focus to a more consumer-oriented business model

Innovation & R&D Integration

• Foster close collaboration between site operations and R&D
• Accelerate innovation pipelines and ensure effective industrialisation of new products
• Embed a culture that embraces new technologies, product development and continuous improvement

Operational Excellence

• Ensure best-in-class standards in safety, quality, productivity and reliability
• Drive efficiency improvements and cost optimisation initiatives
• Maintain operational resilience and high service levels

Organisational & Cultural Transformation

• Lead and inspire a diverse leadership team and broader organisation
• Elevate capabilities within the level below MD, ensuring strong succession and talent development
• Promote a culture of accountability, performance, collaboration and innovation
• Act as a visible, credible leader both internally and externally

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong partnerships with segment leadership and cross-functional teams
• Represent the site in strategic forums
• Ensure alignment between local execution and segment priorities

Your profile:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role with full P&L responsibility, ideally within manufacturing, packaging or industrial environments
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to drive customer-focused growth
• Experience leading transformation initiatives and cultural change
• Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain and innovation processes
• Ability to bridge strategy and operations, translating vision into execution
• Executive presence with the ability to influence at senior stakeholder level
• Track record of building high-performing leadership teams
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
• You combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership. You are comfortable operating at executive level while remaining close to the business and people on site.
