
Role Purpose
The Pallas Epos Group Managing Director is accountable for the end-to-end performance, restructuring, integration and optimisation of a portfolio of underperforming or strategically constrained software businesses.
The role is responsible for operating a consolidated group of brands characterised by low growth, aged technology platforms, and high embedded payments monetisation potential.
A core requirement of the role is the rapid and effective integration of newly acquired entities, including full operating model transition and leadership consolidation.
Scope of Responsibility
Full P&L ownership across all brands within the Pallas Epos Group.
Leadership of a consolidated operating structure across multiple acquired and legacy brands.
Ownership of end-to-end acquisition integration lifecycle.

Key Accountabilities
1. Portfolio Performance & Profitability
Deliver EBITA improvement across all group entities.
Drive cost discipline and remove non-essential operating spend.
Shift operating model towards high-margin, low-complexity service delivery.
Manage brands under a “retention and profitability first” strategy.
2. Acquisition Integration (Critical)
Lead end-to-end integration of all newly acquired entities into the Pallas Epos Group.
Execute rapid transition from standalone business to centralised operating model.
Remove or rationalise legacy leadership structures.
Align all functions (sales, ops, support, finance, tech) to group standards.
Deliver integrations within defined timeframes with minimal disruption to revenue.

3. Payments Strategy Execution
Maximise payment processing penetration through VMS across all brands.
Identify and execute rapid migration opportunities to group payment solutions.
Increase ARPU through payments-led monetisation.
Ensure payments is embedded as a core commercial proposition.
4. Commercial & Customer Management
Improve net revenue retention across low-growth and declining customer bases.
Implement pricing optimisation and commercial guardrails.
Rationalise product and customer segmentation.
Arrest customer churn and extract maximum lifetime value.
5. Operating Model Transformation
Remove duplicated senior leadership across acquired businesses.
Transition all brands to a centralised leadership and functional model.
Standardise operating processes across:
Customer support
Finance
Sales
Delivery
6. Technology & Product Strategy
Operate legacy platforms under a “maintain, not invest” framework.
Eliminate fragmented R&D activity across brands.
Redirect all development budget into a single centralised R&D function.
Support migration strategy to a unified platform developed using AI-enabled SDLC processes.

Proven experience integrating acquisitions into a centralised operating model.
Strong track record in turnaround, restructuring or portfolio optimisation.
