Job Description

• Division Leadership: Build and lead the Aegis Risk & Advisory team, developing long-term strategy, service offerings, and delivery frameworks aligned with Aegis’ mission and brand.
• Client Development: Identify, pursue, and secure consulting engagements and retainer-based advisory relationships; act as senior point of contact for key accounts.
• Practice Management: Develop standardized methodologies, risk assessment tools, and proprietary frameworks (e.g., Aegis Risk Readiness™). Ensure consistent quality, compliance, and value delivery.
• Cross-Divisional Integration: Collaborate with Aegis Protective Services operations, technology, and training teams to provide holistic, integrated security solutions.
• Thought Leadership: Represent Aegis as a subject-matter expert at industry conferences, panels, and media engagements; produce articles, whitepapers, and client education materials.
• Financial Oversight: Own division P&L, establish revenue targets, manage budgets, and track KPIs related to growth, utilization, and client satisfaction.
• Talent Development: Recruit and mentor consultants and analysts, fostering a culture of professionalism, innovation, and accountability.
