This is a pivotal leadership role with full accountability for business performance, strategic direction, and long-term growth. Reporting directly to the CEO ofdentsuSweden, you will lead a future ready, data driven organization while acting as a senior partner to key clients and delivering measurable business impact.

Own the overall business strategy, growth, and P&L
Lead key client relationships and drive strategic account development
Build pipeline and drive new business alongside expanding existing partnerships
Lead transformation of capabilities, services, and ways of working
Lead and inspire a high performing organization
Collaborate across media, creative, and CXM to deliver integratedand scalableclient solutions
Position the organization as a leader in CXM, digital transformation, and data-driven marketing and act as a strong brand ambassador fordentsuand Merkle
Who you are
You are a senior commercial leader with strong P&L experience and a deep understanding of Customer Experience Management (CXM). You thrive in complex, client-driven environments, areconfidentengaging at C-level, and bring clarity, energy, and direction to both people and business. You bring international experience and are comfortable operating in a matrix organization, with excellent communication skills and full professionalproficiencyin both English and Swedish.
