Position Managing Director (MD) - Retail Business ( THB 500000 to THB 600000)

Budget THB 500000 to THB 600000

Our client is seeking an experienced Managing Director (MD) to oversee the operations and strategic growth of our clients retail business. The MD will be responsible for managing a team of managers and employees across Thailand
and ensuring the successful operation of all aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall operations of the retail business, including business strategy, retail sales, and customer service
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue and profitability
• Manage and lead a team of managers and employees across all locations
• Monitor and analyze financial performance and make adjustments as necessary to meet budget goals
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute promotions and marketing initiatives
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including expansion into new markets
• Continuously improve operations and processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in business administration or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the retail industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful strategic plans
• Excellent financial acumen and ability to analyze and interpret financial data
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel to various locations as needed
