• Responsible for managing the overall operations of the project management consulting company.
• Develop strategies for growth, ensuring quality in construction and interior design for clients in retail, luxury fashion stores, and F&B.
• Direct Reports: Project Director /Project Manager /Site Supervisor /Head of C&C /C&C Specialist
• Develop and implement business strategies aligned with market trends.
• Explore opportunities for expansion, partnerships, and new service development.
• Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and investment efficiency.
• Oversee the entire process from design to construction and handover.
• Coordinate across departments: design, construction, procurement, customer service.
• Optimize internal processes to enhance performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with group companies, fashion brands, retail chains, and F&B business.
• Represent the company at industry events and external activities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage strategic accounts.
• Recruit, train, and develop a qualified workforce.
• Foster a creative, responsible, and inclusive work environment.
• Promote values of diversity, equity, and sustainability.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and partner management skills.
• In-depth understanding of interior construction and brand requirements in retail, luxury fashion, and F&B sectors.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, interior design, or retail/F&B project management.
• Proven track record in multi-department management and operation.
• Strong P&L management experience.
• Experience working with fashion or lifestyle brands is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of interior design and construction.
• Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese.
