Job Description

SEI’s Wealth & Advisor business is growing the Sales and Client Team to continue to accelerate business growth. To support this expansion, SEI is seeking a qualified Managing Director, Inside Sales to lead the Inside Sales Desk across all channels of the U.S. Wealth & Advisor business. This role reports to the Senior Managing Director of Sales and will be responsible for inside sales strategy, coverage execution, pipeline and client experience operating rigor, and coaching and talent development across the internal sales organization.

In this high-impact role, this leader will oversee the inside-sales operating system and team—ensuring strategic direction, consistent advisor sales and education, and seamless orchestration with our field-based Client Team and Specialists—while improving advisor experience, sales productivity, conversion rates and client retention, and career growth.

This is an ideal opportunity for an accomplished sales leader who is an agent for change, has deep understanding of advisor distribution, and is passionate about building a high-performance culture with strong coaching and development.

This role is SEI Headquarters based in Oaks, Pennsylvania.
