Qualifications & Experience
15+ years of progressive experience in talent management, leadership development, or human capital leadership; financial services or similarly complex, high-performance environments strongly preferred
Demonstrated success designing and leading enterprise-level talent systems that drive performance and scale
Strong consulting mindset combined with in-house execution experience; able to influence through insight and credibility rather than authority
Proven ability to operate with senior leadership in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Exceptional judgment, discretion, and integrity
Executive-level presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical orientation; able to translate data and observation into action
Experience leading and developing high-performing global teams Entrepreneurial, commercially minded, and results-oriented
Comfortable being wrong, learning fast, and trying again
Pay Range
350,000-400,000

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
