Executive leadership and strategic oversight of capital markets and syndications; responsibility for origination, structuring, execution, and distribution of syndicated loans and capital market transactions; alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements; relationship management with clients, investors, and financial institutions; drive business growth through innovative financial solutions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead capital markets and syndications team; originate, structure, and execute syndicated loans and capital market transactions; develop and implement business growth strategies; oversee due diligence, documentation, negotiation, and closing processes; maintain relationships with clients, investors, banks, and financial institutions; ensure regulatory and policy compliance; monitor market trends and competitor activity; collaborate with risk, legal, and operations teams; manage, mentor, and develop team members; represent organization at industry events and client meetings; prepare and present reports to executive leadership.

Qualifications
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred; 

Minimum Experience: minimum 10 years' experience in capital markets, syndications, or financial services; at least 5 years in senior leadership; proven track record in complex capital market and syndication transactions; 

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: strong knowledge of syndicated loan structures, capital markets products, and regulatory frameworks; excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills; demonstrated team leadership and development; proficiency in financial modeling and capital markets systems. Professional office environment; prolonged sitting and computer work; effective verbal and written communication required; occasional travel for client meetings, industry events, and site visits; collaborative, team-oriented setting; reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.
