Sales at Webasto means selling our products and services with passion and expertise. Our sales team is the first point of contact for our customers, building valuable, long-term, and trusted relationships. In addition to providing personalized advice on all questions related to our products and services, core tasks in Sales include market and competition analysis, as well as the development of short-, medium-, and long-term strategies. Sales is also responsible for acquiring and commercially managing new projects for the company.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

  • You take overall responsibility for the Danish company and manage revenue, results, cash flow, and the implementation of the regional growth strategy.
  • In the Nordic and Baltic markets, you are responsible for sales, develop market penetration strategies, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate with key customers.
  • You lead and develop the team at the location, promote a performance-oriented corporate culture, and ensure sustainable personnel and talent development.
  • With a focus on finance and controlling, you manage budgets, investments, and forecasts, analyze key figures, and derive measures to achieve goals.
  • As a representative of the company, you build strong customer and partner networks, monitor market trends, and independently make important personnel, budget, and organizational decisions.

This is what you bring to us:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification and bring solid expertise in corporate management, finance, and controlling.
  • You have several years of leadership experience in sales or general management, ideally complemented by successes in the automotive aftermarket and in building international sales organizations.
  • You already have experience in the Nordic markets, and knowledge of the Baltic states is an additional advantage.
  • With your entrepreneurial mindset and strong sales orientation, you impress customers, make well-informed decisions, and pragmatically implement strategic goals.
  • Fluent English as well as strong communication and negotiation skills round off your profile; knowledge of a Nordic language and German is an advantage.
