An international executive recruitment company, Elitez Group of Companies is hiring on behalf of a leading debt restructuring partner for financial institutions across Southeast Asia for Managing Director position, based in Thailand.

The Managing Director will oversee Thailand's P&L, lead strategy development, and report to the Group CEO, ensuring compliance and long-term objectives are met. 

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement business strategies for Thailand market.
• Set comprehensive performance and growth goals.
• Oversee daily company operations and operational planning.
• Explore and tap into business collaborations with local and international clients.
• Establish strong rapport with government agencies, private entities, and business collaborators.
• Evaluate company and people performance through data and metrics analysis.
• Manage positive relationships with market players in financial investment, portfolios, and debts acquisition.
• Participate in business expansion activities.
• Ensure understanding and ownership of operating objectives and performance standards.
• Assume full accountability to the board for all company operations.
• Lead on building and maintaining an effective executive team.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in collections at financial institution or third-party collection company of which 5+ years of management or supervisory level experience and 3+ years of P&L leadership experience.
• Experience in regulatory reporting in Asset sale.
• Ability to analyze, reason, solve problems, and prioritize work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
