HIRING POSITION: Managing Director - Automotive Aftermarket

WORKING CONDITION: ON-SITE

LOCATION: BANGKOK, THAILAND

PAY RATE: THB 300000 TO THB 400000

Our client is a prominent player in Thailand's petroleum, gas, and transportation industries. Along with managing petrol stations and offering various support services, the company also operates a chain of convenience stores and engages in the development of health products and digital currency exchange.

As a franchisee of the popular automotive retail chain, our client offers a diverse range of high-quality aftermarket parts and accessories for cars and motorcycles, as well as car maintenance and repair services. With the support of its parent company, our client is poised to expand its presence in Thailand's competitive automotive retail market.

We are looking for a highly experienced Managing Director to lead our client's  Automotive Retail business in Thailand. As the MD, you will be responsible for developing and executing the overall business strategy, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the company's success in the highly competitive automotive retail industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's overall business strategy, in line with our client's  Automotive Retail business brand and objectives
• Drive revenue growth and profitability by identifying new business opportunities, establishing partnerships, and expanding the customer base
• Provide leadership and direction to the management team and staff, ensuring that all employees are aligned with the company's goals and objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, business partners, and customers
• Ensure that the company is compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements in Thailand
• Monitor market trends and developments, and adjust the business strategy as needed to remain competitive
• Oversee the financial performance of the company, managing the budget and making decisions about investments, costs, and revenue generation
• Maintain and enhance the brand reputation and image in Thailand

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 15 - 20 years of relevant experience in the automotive retail industry or related fields
• Proven track record of successful business development and driving revenue growth
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of senior executives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Solid understanding of financial management and experience managing budgets
• Experience in the Thai market preferred
