As Managing Director, you hold full accountability forAlmü’sperformance and future direction. You define strategy, drive profitable growth, and reinforce the company’s position as a trusted technical partner for demanding customers.Actingas a key interface to SandvikCoromant, youalsoensurealignment with group prioritiesand contribute to overall performance

Job responsibilities

  • Hold full P&L responsibility and lead the overall business

  • Define and execute growth strategies across products, markets, and technologies

  • Drive sales performance and strengthen key customer relationships

  • Ensure operational excellence across production, engineering, and supply chain

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team

  • Advance innovation capabilities in PCD and precision tooling

Location and flexibility

The position is based atAlmü’soffice in Germany.

Your profile
With a strongtrack recordin senior leadership, you bring both technical depth and commercial acumen. An entrepreneurial mindset allows you to translate strategy into execution and deliver sustainable business results.

Your background includes:

  • Extensive leadership experience within manufacturing or tooling environments

  • Deep understanding of precision machining, particularly PCD and carbide applications

  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing business performance

  • Proven ability to lead through strategy execution and growth delivery

  • Fluency in German and English

A collaborative and confident leadership style sets the tone for success. You build trust across stakeholders, inspire teams to perform, and approach challenges with clarity and determination while keeping a hands-on mindset
