Succession Planning

Independent Multi-Billion AUM Multi-Family Office seeks a Managing Director to solve for next generation succession planning with a focus on serving and growing the client base (Average Client 50M+ investable assets).

• Lead and manage relationships with ultra-high net worth individuals and families as well as their family offices and foundations.
• Inherit ultra-high net worth relationships as part of the long term succession planning of the Firm. (NY Metro Only)
• The Firm provides bespoke investment solutions across almost every asset class, in a planning driven culture, advising on estate and tax planning, trust administration, wealth transfer, business succession planning, bill pay, philanthropic advisory and risk management.
• Collaborative and forward thinking culture with an impressive track record of growth, a robust support structure and professional management.
• Opportunities for increased and key leadership roles at the firm over time.
• Ability to offer significant guaranteed compensation ($800,000+) while transitioning to an equity partner level profit share compensation plan over time.
