Location: Karachi, Pakistan

A rare opportunity to lead the Pakistan operations of a major multinational industrial company, with full strategic and operational responsibility for a high-performing business unit.

Our client is a global industrial business with a strong presence in the region. They have a large workforce and a diverse portfolio in Pakistan. They are looking for an experienced Managing Director to lead their Pakistan operations and drive continued success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the full spectrum of business operations, with end-to-end P&L responsibility for a large-scale business in Pakistan
• Developing and executing strategic growth plans while ensuring operational excellence and cost efficiency
• Overseeing commercial performance, market positioning, and customer satisfaction across multiple verticals
• Leading a multi-functional team

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• A proven track record of leading industrial businesses at scale, with a minimum headcount of 500+ and an annual turnover of USD 15 million or more
• Strong experience in both strategic planning and operational execution, ideally within manufacturing or related industrial sectors
• Exceptional leadership capability, with the ability to inspire high-performing teams and drive accountability across a complex organisation
• Commercial acumen and market insight, with a strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and business growth levers
• Experience operating within multinational structures or reporting into international HQs is highly desirable
