MANAGING DIRECTOR

The Managing Director will lead the growth and development of the business within the country, focusing on expanding market share and profitability in the Automation solutions sector. This role involves strategic leadership, P&L management, overseeing operations, and driving business performance across sales, service, and workshop functions. The Managing Director will work closely with international teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and market dynamics, while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. This position demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex business operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead country growth by developing and executing strategies to expand market share and profitability in company business and Automation solutions.
• Provide visionary leadership to international teams, fostering a high-performance culture to meet organizational goals.
• Ensure consistent sales performance, manage budgets, and maintain fiscal discipline.
• Oversee P&L management and business operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies for long-term success.
• Implement company systems like Visual Management and Problem-Solving Processes to drive performance improvements.
• Inspire teams through clear communication of the companys vision, motivating them to achieve success.
• Optimize monthly sales reports, analyzing key metrics and ensuring progress toward business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Bachelor of Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field: MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive leadership experience in the Automation solutions industry with a strong technical background.
