We are seeking a driven professional asthe Iberian Managing Director to join their business and team.
Key Responsibilities:
Development and management of business support resources, such as sales & marketing division, market intelligence, finance, human resources, administration, logistics, customs clearance, warehousing, finance, as well as spare parts.
Development and maintenance of relationships for business opportunities, general management, direct sales, customers, and channels.
Collation and analysis of market information, industry dynamics, and sales data.
Platform construction, compliance control, institutional system building, team development, and resource coordination in each country within the region of responsibility.
Achieving Iberian (Spain and Portugal) regional sales targets.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a major in business, engineering, or a related.
At least 5 years of experience in a B2B industry, working for multinational companies, with a role as CEO, strong commercial mindset, and people leadership approach.
Work experience in European Matrix enviroments is required.
Excellent skills in team building and development.
Proficiency in English and Spanish.
