
The Managing Counsel – Employment Law will report directly to the General Counsel and serve as senior legal advisor on all employment law matters. Responsibilities will include day-to-day human resource matters for Tiffany & Co. locations worldwide, investigation and management of employee disputes, and compensation and benefits advice. The Managing Counsel will be expected to think strategically, work independently and communicate effectively with senior management.

The hiring range for this position ranges from $182,000- $257,000. Management is also eligible for bonus. The salary offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
This role is based out of either the New York, NY or Whippany, NJ Corporate Offices.
