Als Managing Associate speel je een sleutelrol binnen onze Corporate Law-praktijkJe draagt actief bij aan de ontwikkeling van je eigen cliënteel, bouwt duurzame relaties op met cliënten en begeleidt hen in hun strategische projectenDaarnaast superviseer je de werkzaamheden van collega’s en waak je over de technische kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening.
Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van je cliënteel in vennootschapsrecht en M&A, door kansen te herkennen en langdurige relaties met cliënten en partners te versterken.
Optreden als ambassadeur van BDO Legal, waarbij je onze waarden van kwaliteit, integriteit en ondernemerschap uitdraagt.
Adviseren van cliënten over alle aspecten van het vennootschapsrecht: oprichting, herstructurering, reorganisatie, ontbinding, liquidatie, aandeelhoudersovereenkomsten, enz.
Begeleiden van M&A-transacties juridische due diligence, opstellen en onderhandelen van transactiedocumenten (LOI, SPA, APA…).
Superviseren en nalezen van dossiers die door junior collega’s worden voorbereid.
Geven van interne en externe presentaties over relevante juridische thema’s.
Meewerken aan planning en coaching binnen het team.
Advocaat met minstens 7 jaar ervaring in vennootschapsrecht en/of M&A.
Sterke commerciële ingesteldheid inzicht in de noden van cliënten, herkennen van kansen en omzetten naar concrete samenwerking.
Master in de Rechten; een aanvullende master in vennootschapsrecht is een pluspunt.
Uitstekende kennis van Nederlands en zeer goed in Engels; kennis van Frans of Duits is een troef.
Combinatie van juridische precisie, pragmatisme en oog voor het menselijke en ondernemende aspect van het werk.
