Manager/Sr. Manager Consulting Services
Role:
· Support business development activities along with Associate Director, to source assignments and managing clients
· Being abreast of the real estate market happenings in the region; Undertaking internal (within company) and external networking including but not limited to identifying potential opportunities for assignments / mandates
· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills along with ability to innovate and develop strategy as well as lead practical day-to-day execution
· Undertake and supervise advisory assignments (primarily retail segment) using appropriate approaches/methodologies; identifying property/project characteristics and attributes by analyzing market dynamics to provide strategic development advisory and suitable recommendations
ü Undertake Feasibility, Market Assessment, Entry Strategies, Highest and best Use, Market Research, Location / expansion strategy, Detailed Project Reports for clients across clientele – Developers, Operators and Brands across Retail segment
ü Execute customized reports for clients – (with good report writing, data analytic and financial analysis skills) which will assist client in undertaking business and strategic decisions.
ü Undertake customized financial modelling for the client/ assignments – understanding of financial aspects and hands-on experience to have created financial models
