
[What the role is]
To lead the delivery of talent management initiatives that develop leadership pipeline and support organisational growth. The role manages talent programmes, drives personalised development, and partners business leaders to ensure talents are effectively supported and developed for future organisational needs.
[What you will be working on]
1) Talent Programme Management: Leads the end-to-end delivery of talent programmes, including leadership development initiaitives, job rotations, secondments, attachments and postgraduate scholarship awards. Oversee the full lifecycle of the Graduate Associate Programme, including attraction, selection, and structured rotations to support talent development. Manage nomination, shortlisting and selection processe, ensuring strong governance, documentation. Oversees programme implementation and follow-through to ensure timely completion of development milestones.
2) Talent Development: Design and implement personalised development plans to support the growth of identified talents. Monitor development progress and provide insights to strengthen programme effectiveness. Support the curation of development opportunities aligned to organisational needs.
3) Career Pathways Adminstration: Serves as secretariat for talent development discussions, maintaining accurate documentation of decisions and action items. Maintain up-to-date records of development plans and track progress systematically. Drive timely follow-up with stakeholders to ensure accountability and continuity of development efforts.
4) Strategic Engagement and Partnerships: Builds strong partnerships with business leaders and HR stakeholders to understand development needs and priorities. Facilitate alignment between talent initiatives and organisational requirements. Serve as a key point of contact for talents, providing guidance on development programmes and pathways.

Personal Competencies:
Skills Required:
Requires experience in talent management, programme administration and stakeholder engagement to support leadership development and succession planning initiatives. Strong understanding of talent development frameworks, career pathways design, and scholarship or study award processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and support talents across different levels of the organisation. Good data tracking and analytical ability to monitor talent progress and inform decision-making.
