Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our client’s well-established Compliance team, with responsibility for overseeing compliance, risk management, and regulatory governance across regional entities. Our client is open to considering candidates at both Manager and Senior Manager level.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and reporting on AML/CFT matters, preparing compliance and MLRO reports, and developing and maintaining policies and procedures. They will also liaise with regulators and third parties during inspections, lead risk assessments, and oversee compliance monitoring programmes. In addition, this individual will deliver training to staff and directors, support ad hoc projects and initiatives, and play a key role in driving best practice and strengthening the organization’s risk management culture.

Requirements

• Relevant professional compliance-related qualification such as ICA or ACAMS.
• A minimum of five years of experience in a similar role at a management or supervisory level.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT/CPF laws, regulatory reporting obligations, and corporate governance.
• Demonstrate ability to manage teams, lead regulatory initiatives, and engage cross functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to senior management.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and regulatory awareness.
