[What the role is]
This role sits within the Workforce Outreach Division and supports the design, delivery and continuous improvement of outreach programmes and digital platforms that serve diverse workforce segments, including senior workers, fresh graduates and back-to-work individuals. The incumbent will drive programme management, funding governance and performance monitoring, while supporting digital platform enhancements and user experience improvements across physical and digital touchpoints. The role also involves vendor and stakeholder management, data-driven evaluation of programme outcomes, and the conceptualisation of innovative solutions to support individuals in their career journeys.
[What you will be working on]
You will be part of the team to:
- drive programme management for funding administration, governance and performance monitoring, ensuring effective programme delivery, compliance with funding requirements and timely reporting of outcomes.
- support the review, scoping and implementation of digital platform enhancements to meet business and operational needs.
- gather business requirements, coordinate with users and vendors, and manage the delivery of assigned digital initiatives.
- monitor platform performance, user feedback and operational metrics, and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery.
- support vendor management activities, including project tracking, issue resolution and contract deliverables.
- design and implement enhancements to user journeys across physical and digital touchpoints to improve user experience.
- develop and pilot engagement strategies and career-related activities across diverse workforce segments (e.g. senior workers, fresh graduates, back-to-work individuals)
- conceptualise and implement novel solutions to serve individuals in enhancing their career health and to support their career journey
- evaluate project outcomes and recommend refinements based on participation data and user insights.
- coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure integrated delivery across platforms, programmes and outreach activities.
[What we are looking for]
Experience & Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in programme management, digital transformation, service design, product management, operations or stakeholder engagement.
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, stakeholders and concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience analysing data and preparing reports to support business decisions is advantageous.
- Experience working with digital platforms, user experience or customer service initiatives would be an advantage.
- Candidates without the required qualifications but with strong relevant experience may be considered.
Knowledge
- Events, programme and project management principles, including physical, virtual and hybrid delivery.
- Digital product and platform management principles.
- User-centred design and customer experience concepts.
- Programme and project management methodologies.
- Stakeholder engagement and partnership management.
- Procurement, vendor management and contract governance.
- Knowledge of SWDA programmes and/or relevant workforce initiatives will be an added advantage.

- Problem Solving & Decision Making: Assess issues, evaluate options and make timely decisions in a changing operating environment.
- Risk assessment and mitigation: Identify, assess and manage project, operational and digital service risks by implementing appropriate mitigation measures
- Digital & Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn and apply event, collaboration and other digital tools quickly.

Successful candidates will be offered a contract in the first instance and may be considered for an extension or be placed on a permanent tenure.
