Job Description

Immunome is a clinical-stage targeted oncology company committed to developing first-in-class and best-in-class targeted cancer therapies. We are advancing an innovative portfolio of therapeutics, supported by a leadership team with deep experience in the design, development, and commercialization of cutting-edge therapies, including antibody-drug conjugates. Our pipeline includes varegacestat, an investigational gamma secretase inhibitor for which an NDA has been submitted to the U.S. FDA; IM-1021, a clinical-stage ROR1 ADC; IM-3050, an IND-cleared FAP-targeted radiotherapy; and IM-1617, an IND-cleared solid tumor ADC. We are also advancing a broad portfolio of early-stage ADCs pursuing undisclosed solid tumor targets.

Immunome is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, Contract Operations to join the Legal Department. This role will support the contracting process by helping Legal, business teams, and other stakeholders work together more efficiently. The Manager/Senior Manager will help ensure contract requests are complete, commercially clear, budget-aligned, properly routed, and ready for Legal review. The role will also support CLM workflows, contract tracking, and process improvements. The successful candidate will improve processes while also providing direct contract operations support when needed, including backup support for Legal Operations administration.

Responsibilities

Contract Intake, Triage, and Workflow Support

  • Own and improve Legal and contract intake workflows, including intake requirements, routing criteria, escalation paths, and status tracking.
  • Triage requests by contract type, urgency, value, business impact, vendor risk, and required stakeholder input.
  • Coordinate with Legal, business teams, and other stakeholders to route matters appropriately.

Business and Financial Alignment

  • Review SOWs, quotes, proposals, order forms, service descriptions, and related documents for completeness and clarity.
  • Help clarify scope, deliverables, milestones, timelines, assumptions, payment terms, renewal terms, termination needs, and change-order requirements.
  • Support resolution of scope, budget, PO, invoice, receipt, payment, renewal, and change-order issues in coordination with the appropriate functional owners.

Vendor and Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Support vendor-related processes by helping ensure required vendor information, diligence materials, approvals, and documentation are collected and routed to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Help identify when vendor-related requests require review by IT, Quality, Compliance, Finance, Procurement, or Legal.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors to support timely contract execution and issue resolution.

CLM Ownership and Contract Data Management

  • Serve as the Legal Department’s CLM power user and escalation point.
  • Partner with Legal, IT, Procurement, Finance/Accounting, and business stakeholders to improve CLM usability, adoption, and data integrity.
  • Maintain dashboards showing contract volume, cycle times, aging matters, incomplete submissions, vendor-paper usage, approval bottlenecks, repository hygiene, and other process blockers.

Contract Operations and Legal Operations Backup Support

  • Provide hands-on contract operations support during periods of high volume, urgency, or absence.
  • Prepare and coordinate routine contract packages, including NDAs, SOWs, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, order forms, amendments, and renewals using Legal-approved templates and playbooks.
  • Support contract queue management, status tracking, follow-up, reminders, and aging reports.
  • Review contract files for completeness, including approvals, executed documents, exhibits, SOWs, amendments, diligence records, PO references, and renewal or termination metadata.
  • Serve as backup for Legal Operations administration, including intake administration, request tracking, CLM data entry, repository maintenance, metadata updates, executed-contract filing, and routine reporting.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in legal operations, contract operations, contract administration, vendor management, business operations, or related functions, or equivalent
  • A minimum of an Associates degree
  • Experience managing or administering a CLM system.
  • Hands-on experience with contract intake, contract administration, repository management, CLM data maintenance, signature coordination, and contract records.
  • Strong understanding of contract intake, review, approval, signature, repository, renewal, amendment, and closeout processes.
  • Experience reviewing SOWs, quotes, proposals, order forms, vendor terms, or similar commercial documents.
  • Experience coordinating with business owners, Finance/Accounting, Procurement, Legal, or other stakeholders on commercial, budget, approval, or vendor-related matters.
  • Ability to operate as a hands-on working manager and provide backup support for Legal Operations administration when needed.
  • Strong cross-functional communication, organization, attention to detail, and process-improvement skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business systems.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Biotechnology, pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, medical technology, or regulated-industry experience.
  • Experience with Agiloft or similar systems.
  • Experience with vendor documentation, T&C review, purchasing support, or vendor operations.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, CAP, or other process-improvement experience preferred.
