Purpose of the job:

Main business scope is follows.

  • 部下は1名いるが、候補者の経験に応じて部下を付けるか付けないでスタートするか判断
  • レポートTO CFO(部下ありの場合)、部下なしの場合は現在兼務しているマネージャー

メイン業務はコントローリングと移転価格

Controller for Merck Group Functions: Control, monitor and administrate budgeting and actual spending for Merck Group Functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, and GA etc..)

Transfer Price Management: Control, monitor and administrate entire Japan entities’ transfer price matters, including necessary transfer price adjustment between HQ and local entities.

Prepare and support for local tax closing of Electronics entities
