As a member of the People Matters Division (PMD), you will support the team in HR operations including appointment, deployment, emplacement and exit processes.

[What you will be working on]

Y ou will be involved in the following duties:

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Execute onboarding, contract administration, deployment, and offboarding processes accurately and in compliance with HR policies, with close attention to detail across systems and documentation.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity in Workday, ensuring employee records, hiring actions, and HR transactions are updated in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR operations, ensuring processes are well-documented, up-to-date, and consistently applied across the team.
  • Review the competency-based selection framework, including structured interviews and assessments to ensure consistent and fair hiring decisions across the organisation.
  • Drive the development and implementation of onboarding initiatives, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to deliver a seamless and engaging experience for new hires.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding analytics by tracking key hiring metrics and surfacing insights to strengthen HR processes and improve the candidate and employee experience.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts and inclusive hiring initiatives that position NLB as an Employer of Choice.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and cross-divisional initiatives as part of a collaborative team.

[What we are looking for]

The candidate should have:

  • At least two years of relevant HR operations experience. Candidates with no prior experience but a strong interest in HR are welcome to apply.
  • A keen interest in developing competencies across HR operations, recruitment and employer branding.
  • Meticulous and organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, with an analytical mindset to identify and drive process improvement.
  • (Bonus!) A creative flair and interest in social media to support employer branding efforts.

The successful candidate will be appointed on a 2-year contract.
