HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your Role:

• Oversees and manages construction and/or remodeling projects throughout the TMH Campus in compliance with local, state and federal rules and regulations.
• Maintains Above Ceiling Permit Program, Preconstruction Risk Assessment, hot work permits, etc.

Reports To Exec Dir/Facilities

Supervises None.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field; Human Resources may substitute directly related professional experience for required education on a 1:1 basis.

Preferred Education: None.

Required Experience:

• Five (5) years of maintenance or construction management experience.
• Five (5) years of experience with CMS, Joint Commission, AHCA, and/or NPFA compliance.

Preferred Experience: Five (5) years of experience in a healthcare facilities or construction management role.

Required Certification/License/Registry: None.

Preferred Certification/License/Registry: None.
