We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager/Assistant Vice President, Partnerships.

The role holder will acquire, establish, and manage relationships with key partners to enable the acquisition of affluent customers and enable the enhancement of the Premier proposition. He/She will manage strategic partnerships aligned to the types of engagement and events that fit the needs of our Premier customers, whilst ensuring that we leverage on existing and potential cross business (e.g. CIB, GPB) relationships. The role holder must ensure that the partnerships will result to meaningful execution of customer events with the goal of growing new customers and increasing activity for the existing customers, focusing on the Premier proposition.

In delivering the business objectives the role holder must also:

  • maintain the levels of operational integrity required by the Group
  • closely manage individual performance
  • contribute to and maintain an environment where the wider Branch team is able to maximize

In this role, you will:

  • Actively manage a network of potential and existing partners to continuously identify opportunities for engagement and customer growth
  • Work with channels to grow new customers and generate incremental customer activity as a direct result of events and partnerships catering to IWPB target market.
  • Plan, implements, and manages effective and cost-efficient partner-related events for IWPB
  • Pursue business alliances with organizations to capture target market segments
  • Lead the execution of strategies to increase customer acquisition through partnerships and events
  • Closely monitor s progress of leads from leads generation to conversion

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • University graduate
  • At least 5 to 10 years of experience in partner negotiations and relationship management.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band level than stated above.

Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
