Job Purpose
To partner the CEO in building, operationalising and scaling Yayasan AFFIN as a high-impact CSR arm of the AFFIN Group. This role drives both strategy and execution; establishing governance in donation solicitation and utilisation of fund, developing sustainable programmes, and ensuring measurable social impact; within a lean environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the CEO in shaping Yayasan AFFIN’s strategic direction and translating it into actionable plans, roadmaps and priorities
Establish and operationalise governance frameworks, policies, processes and requirements (including regulatory and SSM compliance)
Oversee end-to-end donation solicitation towards CSR programmes, including design, budgeting, implementation and reporting
Drive development of a structured CSR roadmap with clear KPIs, impact measurement and transparency in mobilising solicited funds
Aligning initiatives, stakeholders and priorities to ensure coherence, scalability and high impact
Build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (NGOs, regulators, community leaders)
Evaluate, monitor and report impacts, ensuring transparency and alignment to AFFIN Group’s objectives
Prepare high-quality reports, proposals and board papers, ensuring strong governance and decision support
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Sustainability or related field
6–10 years of relevant experience in strategic/project roles, sustainability, or foundation/NGO management
Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a lean setup
Sound understanding of governance, compliance and regulatory requirements (including exposure to SSM-related matters)
Proven experience in stakeholder management, including engagement with senior leadership and external partners
Strong communication and writing skills, with experience preparing management or board-level materials
High level of ownership, maturity and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Demonstrated leadership potential with the capacity to grow into a future leadership role
