We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Manager, Workday Financial Systems to lead the technology portfolio supporting Workday Financial Management, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management, Adaptive Planning, Inventory, Expenses, Prism, Projects, and related Procurement capabilities. This role will directly manage the team of Sr. Technology Analysts, Workday Finance, and provide leadership, guidance, prioritization, and quality oversight for functional configuration, business process design, reporting, testing, documentation, production support, and continuous improvement across the Workday Finance landscape.
In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery, optimization, and support of Caliber's Workday Financials and Supply Chain solutions. You will lead a team of analysts and partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, Security, Integrations, Data & Analytics, and business leadership to deliver scalable technology solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and support business growth.
The ideal candidate brings deep Workday Financials and Supply Chain experience, strong people leadership, enterprise application management expertise, and the ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable technology solutions.
This role is accountable for people leadership, delivery execution, operational support, platform health, and continuous improvement across the Workday Finance technology landscape. The position is responsible for ensuring solutions are appropriately designed, configured, tested, documented, supported, and maintained in alignment with approved business priorities.

Decision Making: Make timely decisions based on business value, risk, cost, capacity, and strategic alignment.
Stakeholder Management: Influence Finance and business leaders while maintaining appropriate IT governance and technical standards.
Operational Excellence: Create disciplined processes for production support, releases, incidents, changes, and continuous improvement.
Change Leadership: Lead teams and business stakeholders through significant process, technology, and organizational change.
