We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - Wholesale Business Client Support - Client Business COE

In this role, you will be:

  • Coordination and ownership of Sales and market analysis support for clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and industry trends.
  • The role holder will be responsible to oversee the production and distribution of client reports and investment review meeting materials to support wholesale sales & client service team.
  • The role holder will be responsible for oversight of setting up and maintaining Client records in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and supporting bespoke client servicing requests and business acceptance processes.
  • Work closely with other departments such as investments, legal, and operations to ensure seamless support for Sales team.
  • Contribute proactively to the overall sales process, growth strategy and client contact strategy.
  • Assist the sales team with client Request for Proposal / Due Dilligence Questionnaire / Request for information (RFPs/DDQ/RFI) coordinate with Request for Proposal (RFP) and other functional teams to update the responses.
  • Said individual will support sales team with Peer comparison, Performance attribution, Environmental, social, and governance (ESG) screening and Stock allocation.
  • The role holder will play an active role in building up new processes and suggesting improvements and enhancements to existing ones.
  • Contribute to the efficiency of the Client Service team.

To be successful you will be:

  • Qualification - Post Graduation / MBA / or equivalent qualification from a reputed institute.
  • Capital Markets Industry certifications preferred.
  • Overall experience of 6 years or above preferably in the Asset Management and Capital Markets industry.
  • Knowledge of financial products & their role in the Asset and wealth management business.
  • Experience in Client Relationship Management, client reporting, sales & service support operations for Distributors/Platform/Institutional clients.
  • Experience in supporting Asset Management Sales team and handling CRM tools in maintaining client relationship data.
