The Manager - WCO is responsible for implementing Total Productive Maintenance strategies to improve equipment efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance production processes. Lead WCO initiatives, coordinate with various stake holders, train pillar members, and drive continuous improvement projects to achieve operational excellence.

WCO Implementation: Develop and execute the WCO strategy to enhance productivity, minimize downtime, and improve overall equipment efficiency (OEE).

Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams to drive TPM pillars such as Safety, AM, PM, QM, FI & E&T

Continuous Improvement Projects: Initiate and manage improvement projects aimed at reducing waste, improving processes, and increasing production efficiency.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Monitoring: Monitor and report on WCO-related KPIs, such as OEE, mean time between failures (MTBF), and mean time to repair (MTTR)

Capability Building: Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and skill enhancement programs for pillar members to strengthen their understanding and application of WCO principles.

Qualification – Degree / Master Degree

Proven industrial experience in TPM lead role in a manufacturing sector.

Good communication skills, leadership quality, the ability to collaborate with stakeholders & HODS.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement.

Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean, TPM or Six Sigma. Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in the OEE Understanding & Quality Tools.
