Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Be responsible for overseeing all the warehouse operations (RM, IM, FG, chemicals, gas, express deliveries, equipment, adhesives, etc.) for designated manufacturing site.
• Be responsible for the full lifecycle, operational processes and application systems of adhesive materials.
• Manage and develop a strong warehouse team
• Maximize warehouse utilization and build a smart warehouse.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration or related field.
• 8+ years of working experience in manufacturing company with 5+ years of warehouse management/leadership experience.
• Using Oracle ERP/WMS is preferred.

Skills

• Ability to work in high volume and pressure.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead and manage a team in warehousing working environment is an advantage.
• Good computing skills, preferably with Microsoft Office
• Work with a high standard of ethics, professionalism, and competency.
• Self-motivated with good time management and organization skills
• Ability to drive forklift is a plus.
• Good at English Communication & writing skills. Good at Mandarin is a plus.
• In-depth understanding of industry and company best practices for the warehouse
• Familiarity with bookkeeping, inventory control practices and logistics
• Comfortable using inventory management software and other organizational computer applications

Working Conditions

• Works in standard office/manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to a variety of compounds, solvents and chemicals.
