About the Team:

The Manager of Warehousing, Europe, is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all warehousing operations across multiple European locations. This role ensures the efficient storage, handling, and distribution of automotive aftermarket parts while aligning with the company's strategic goals. The Manager will lead initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and ensure high service levels to customers and stakeholders.

• Lead key warehouseing projects. Ensure timely and successful project delivery, meeting scope, budget, and timeline requirements.

Your profile as Manager Warehouses (m/f/d):

• Bachelor or Master’sdegree, at least 10 years of professional experience
• Proven track record in senior warehousing or logistics management roles within the automotive aftermarket or a related industry. Experience in managing multi-site operations across Europe is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive high performance.
• Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies that align with business objectives.
• Solid understanding of budget management and cost control in a warehousing environment.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Deep understanding of health and safety regulations and the ability to implement effective safety programs.
