Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Responsible for managing end-to-end CFA warehouse operations, inventory control, distribution, and customer service performance. The role will drive operational excellence, productivity improvements, compliance, digital transformation initiatives, and stakeholder management to ensure superior service levels and business performance.

Warehouse Operations Management

  • Lead daily warehouse and distribution operations to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve O2D targets, TAT adherence, invoice-to-delivery timelines, and First Fill Rate (FFR) performance.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align warehouse operations with business requirements.
  • Drive warehouse productivity, process optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Establish and stabilize new warehouse operations while achieving throughput and service targets.

Inventory Management

  • Ensure effective inventory control through robust systems, cycle counts, and audits.
  • Monitor stock accuracy, optimize inventory levels, and manage slow-moving/obsolete stock.
  • Drive warehouse space optimization, storage densification, and capacity utilization.

Distribution & Logistics

  • Manage transportation and distribution activities to ensure seamless product flow.
  • Drive delivery consolidation and logistics cost optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to enhance network efficiency and service levels.

SAP, WMS & Digital Transformation

  • Leverage SAP, EWM, MM, and WMS platforms for operational efficiency.
  • Lead WMS implementation, stabilization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive automation and digital transformation projects to enhance visibility, productivity, and process compliance.

Compliance, Safety & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with statutory, company, contractual, and operational requirements.
  • Promote a strong safety culture through regular audits, reviews, and corrective actions.
  • Maintain governance standards and adherence to service agreements and commercial commitments.

Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and develop a workforce of 400+ 3PL personnel.
  • Build high-performing teams through coaching, performance management, and capability development.
  • Partner with Demand Planning, Logistics, Sales, Sourcing, Finance, and external service providers to achieve business objectives.

Business Performance

  • Drive key warehouse KPIs related to productivity, inventory, customer service, and cost.
  • Support strategic supply chain initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
  • Contribute to revenue growth through operational excellence and cost optimization.

General Experience

8-10 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in automotive spare parts or related industries.
